What Car? Driving School uses only 5 Star Instructors you can trust:

• Fully Qualified
  All our What Car? 5 Star Instructors are fully qualified Approved Driving Instructors (ADI) registered by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA). Look out for their green octagonal badge which has to be displayed in the car. (Some Driving Schools operate with both ADI’s and trainees. Trainees have to display a pink triangular badge and often don’t charge you a lower hourly rate or explain this to you).
• CRB Checked
  All our What Car? 5 Star Instructors have evidenced to us that they have completed a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check undertaken by the DSA.(Currently not all of the DSA’s approved Instructors have had this check!)
• Quality Commitment
  All our What Car? 5 Star Instructors have committed to abide by our Charter for Learners.This is our quality commitment to our learners and combines industry leading service standards with unique training and assessment tools.
• Up to date training
  All our What Car? 5 Star Instructors complete a What Car? Driving School Induction training course and are committed to continually developing and updating their knowledge, skills and training competences. Remember to ask for more details about the range of other qualifications your Instructor holds when booking lessons.
